摘要
对城轨车辆制动系统中一种截锥螺旋压缩弹簧进行功能介绍,根据截锥螺旋压缩弹簧的设计方法,计算了该种弹簧的受力、变形以及切应力,通过计算结果判断弹簧的受力与变形能够满足功能要求,但弹簧在大变形下所受的切应力较大,存在安全风险。
It introduces the functions of a cone spiral compression spring in the braking system of urban rail transit.Based on the design method,calculated the force,deformation and shear stress of this kind of spring.The results show that the force and deformation of the spring can meet the functional requirements.But the larger shear stress of big spring deformation is a safety risk.
