长春蔓对盐胁迫的响应研究

摘要 为研究不同浓度盐胁迫对长春蔓的影响,测量了植株的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)含量、叶片含水量、叶绿素含量、植株生物量和根系活力等各指标的变化。结果表明,随着氯化钠浓度的增大,长春蔓叶片中SOD活性总体呈上升趋势,期间略有下降,POD活性呈现先下降后呈上升趋势;叶片含水量先短暂上升,后随盐浓度的增加快速下降;叶绿素含量随着盐浓度的增加先上升后下降;植株生物量随盐浓度的增加而下降;根系活力随盐浓度的增加呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势。在盐浓度为0~6 g/L时,长春蔓有一定的耐受力,当盐浓度达到8 g/L时,长春蔓的生长受到明显的影响。 In this study,the effects of different concentrations of salt stress on the growth of Vinca major were studied.The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), leaf water, chlorophyll, plant biomass and root vitality and other indicators of change were measured in this study. The results showed that with the increase of sodium chloride concentration,the activity of SOD in Vinca major leaves showed an increasing trend on the whole,and decreased slightly during the period.The activity of POD decreased first and then increased with the increase of sodium chloride concentration.The leaf water content increased temporarily and then decreased with the increase of salt concentration.And the chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased with the increase of salt concentration.The plant biomass decreased with the increase of salt concentration.The root activity presented a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of salt concentration.Virtca major had a certain tolerance when the salt concentration was 0-6 g/L ,but the growth rate of Vinca major was obviously affected when the salt concentration reached 8 g/L.
