我国森林公园法律责任制度的完善对策

Solutions to the Legal Liability System o f Forest Park in China

随着我国森林旅游业的蓬勃发展,森林公园以其优美的景色和丰富的林业资源应运而生,是人们科学教育、游览休闲的良好场所。但目前我国的森林公园法律制度单薄,相关理论研究也少之又少,造成了森林公园保护力度不足、环境责任缺失的局面,对此笔者从环境责任制度的基本形式出发,探究森林公园的法律责任制度中存在的问题,结合国内外先进经验和我国实际情况,提出完善我国森林公园法律责任制度的对策。

With the prosperous development of forest tourism in China, forest parks featuring beautiful landscapes and rich forestry resources rise just in time and become good places for science and education, sightseeing and relaxation.However, due to incomplete laws and systems of forest parks in China and relative theoretical research, forest parks were not under perfect protection and people lacked responsibility for the environment.Thus,in this thesis,the author started with basic forms of the environmental accountability system, explored existing problems in the system and came up with solutions to improve the system in combination with advanced experiences of both home and abroad and practical conditions in China.
