关于乳腺癌组织的体外培养的综述

A Review of in Vitro Culture of Breast Cancer

乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。近几年对其发生发展的研究日渐深入。为了更好的研究乳腺癌的发病机制,研究人员构建了体外组织培养方法,以便于更完整地保存肿瘤微环境。本研究就近几年在乳腺癌组织体外培养领域的研究进展及方法进行综述。

Breast cancer is the highest incidence of malignancies in women. In recent years, the research of its oc- currence and development has been deepened. In order to study the pathogenesis of breast cancer better, the re- searchers constructed an in vitro tissue culture method, in order to facilitate a more complete preservation of tumor microenvironment. This study reviewed the recent progress and methods in the field of breast cancer tissue culture in vitro.
