根际细菌溶磷、产IAA及其抑菌作用的研究 被引量:9

Study on the Phosphate Solubilization Capacity,Producing IAA and Its Anti-Bacteria Activity of Rhizobacteria

摘要 为了研究根际细菌的溶磷、产IAA及其抑菌作用,获得优良的菌种资源,本研究采用溶磷圈法,Spot、S2比色法,钼锑抗混合显色法等方法,定性定量测定了绞股蓝根际的9株根际细菌的溶磷、分泌植物生长激素(IAA)以及其对猕猴桃致病菌丁香假单胞菌DX118的抑菌能力。研究表明,根际细菌在溶磷效应上存在多样性,有些菌株同时具有溶解有机磷和无机磷的能力,如JDG127、JDG192、JDG223;有的菌株在溶解无机磷方面表现出较强溶解能力,但缺乏溶解有机磷的能力,如JDG122和JDG188;个别菌株对无机磷、有机磷均没有溶解能力,如JDG124、JDG126、JDG186、JDG191。9株根际细菌都具有分泌IAA的能力,分泌量在18.8~48.4μg/m L,其中JDG188分泌能力最强,分泌量为48.4μg/m L,定性测定中显色反应颜色最深,为深红色,其中JDG124分泌能力最弱,分泌量为18.8μg/m L,定性测定中显色反应颜色最浅,为浅红色。通过抑菌试验可发现JDG127、JDG188、JDG223对猕猴桃致病菌丁香假单胞菌DX118有很好的抑菌活性,抑菌圈直径分别为17.6 mm、15.0 mm、14.1 mm,其他6株菌抑菌效果不明显。因此,JDG127、JDG188、JDG223有望作为防治猕猴桃溃疡病的优良菌株。 In order to research the phosphate solubilization capacity, producing IAA and its anti-bacteria activity of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria and get fine strains resource. The study used phosphate dissolving ring method, Spot, $2 colorimetric method and Mo-Sb colorimetric method to measure the phosphate solubilization ca- pacity, producing IAA and its antibacteria activity to Pseudomonas syringae DX118 of the kiwifruit. The results indi- cated that all strains showed the diversity in the effect of hosphate solubilization. Some bacterial strains could dis- solve organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus, including JDG127, JDG192, JDG223; Some strains had a strong dissolving capacity to the inorganic phosphorus, but could not dissolve the organophosphorus, such as JDG122, JDG188; and some strains could not dissolve both porganophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus, like JDG124, JDG126, JDG186, JDG191. The nine plants ofrhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria had a capacity in secreting LAA with the secretion levels of 18.8-48.4 μg/mL, among them, JDG188 had the strongest secretion ability of 48.4 μg/mL, with dark red of the chromogenic reaction in the qualitative test and the JDG124 showed the weakest a bility of 18.8 μg/mL, with the light red in the test. According to bacteriostatic test, we found that JDG127, JDG188, JDG223 had good antibacterial activity to the DX118 of pathogenic bacterium of the kiwifruit, the diameter antibac- terial circle had 17.6 mm, 15.0 mm, 14.1 mm, respectively. The other six plants showed unapparent effect. There- fore, JDG127, JDG188, JDG223 are expected to be the fine strains for the prevention and cure ofkiwifruit canker.
