菊花白锈病的药剂防治试验

Control efficacy of fungicides against chrysanthemum white rust

为有效防治菊花(Dendranthema morifolium)白锈病,采用盆栽试验比较了62.5%嘧菌环胺·咯菌腈水分散粒剂、50%咯菌腈可湿性粉剂、39%精甲·嘧菌酯水分散粒剂和10%戊菌唑水乳剂等4种杀菌剂对菊花白锈病(Chrysanthemum white rust,CWR)的防效,采用插穗浸药法测试了11种杀菌剂对带病插穗生根和存活的影响.结果表明:施药后28 d,10%戊菌唑EW3000倍液的累积防效最好,为82.46%;处理后57 d,39%精甲·嘧菌酯SC2000倍液和10%戊菌唑EW1000倍液的效果最好,累积防效达90%以上.带菌插穗药剂试验结果表明,11种药剂药浴处理插穗不能提高带菌插穗的生根率和存活率,因此,10%戊菌唑EW可用于防治菊花白锈病.

In order to screen effective fungicides against Chrysanthemum white rust （ CWR）, the control efficacy of 4 fungicides [ 62.5% azoxycarboxylate quinone nitrile Water Dispersible Granules （WDG）, 50% carbenoxylate Water Power （WP）, 39% fine armor · azoxystrobinate WDG and 10% penconazole Emulsion in Water （EW） ] against CWR was compared by pot experiments trail, and the effect of 11 fungicides on rooting rate and survival rates of infected cuttings were tested by immersion method. The results showed that the cumulative control effect of the 10% penconazole EW 3000 - fold was 82.46% at 28 days after the treatment. By day 57 after the treatment, the effect of 39% aerosol azoxystrobin SC 2000 -fold and the 10% penconazole EW 1000 -fold showed the best effect, and with accumulation control efficacy over 90%. The rooting rate and survival rate of infected cuttings were not improved by treated infected cuttings with 11 chemical compounds. Therefore, 10% penconazole EW could be used to control CWR.
