摘要 硒是动物必需的营养矿物质,具有抗氧化、提高免疫力、预防疾病等重要生理功能.文章从硒活性形式和转运方式、代谢模式、吸收器官和体内分布、排泄途径及生物效力影响因素等方面对硒元素在动物体内的吸收代谢研究进展进行了综述,并对硒元素在产业中的应用进行了展望. Selenium (Se) is an essential element for animals, it has antioxidant ability, regulates the immunity, prevents disease and has other important physiological functions. The research progress on ab- sorption and metabolism of selenium in animals such as the active forms of selenium and its transport modes, metabolism pathway, absorption organs and tissues distribution in the body, excretion pathways and influential factors of biological effectiveness were reviewed in this paper, and the application of sele- nium in the industry was prospected.
