摘要
回旋式筛分机主要是利用偏心轮机构使筛面做匀速往复回旋运动,物料与筛面接触时间长,筛面对物料产生切割,因而透筛几率大,筛分量大,筛分精度高。倾角为4~9℃的筛箱由驱动箱传动,其运动轨迹在进料端为水平圆运动,在中上部长度方向上逐渐变成椭圆运动,最后在出料端变成近似往复直线运动。熔炼车间蒸汽干燥系统的回旋式筛分机主要负责除去干矿中的杂物及大颗粒物料,使入炉干矿达到闪速炉要求。
s: Rotary screen mainly makes use of the screen surface reciprocating swing motion through eccentric mechanism, long contact time between materials and the sieve surface and cut material by sieve surface. Therefore, the screen is big, quantities of sieves are large, and sieve is of high precision. Angle of 4 - 9 degrees of screen box is driven by the box drive driven, its trajectory is horizontal circular motion on the feeding end, then gradually becomes minister degrees elliptical movement in the upper direction, finally into the approximate reciprocating linear motion on the discharge end. Steam drying system of rotary screen in smelting workshop is mainly responsible for removing the sundries and the large granule materials in the dry ore, so as to make the furnace dry mine reach the flash furnace requirement.
