摘要
以铜电解液为研究对象,采用有机相组成(N1923+磺化煤油+异辛醇)的萃取体系,物质A酸性络合反萃体系对铜电解液中锑铋回收工艺进行研究,确定工艺参数,并将研究成果应用于工业生产,结果表明,锑铋萃取率分别达84.1%和98.1%,锑铋反萃率分别达95.7%和90.6%,且不造成铜损失,对电解工艺无不良影响。
This paper takes copper electrolyte as the research object, adopts the organic phase composition (N1923+sulfonated kerosene + isooctyl alcohol) extraction system. And it studys material A acid complexing extraction system of copper electrolyte in antimony& bismuth recovery process, determining the process parameters. The study results are applied to industrial production, which shows that antimony& bismuth extraction rate was 84.1% and 84.1% respectively, antimony& bismuth stripping rate were 95.7% and 95.7% respectively, with no copper loss and no adverse effect on electrolytic process.
