摘要
介绍贵冶倾动炉排烟收尘系统工艺流程,因倾动炉引进稀氧燃烧技术,烟气量大幅减少,导致原主风机排风能力过剩,对收尘系统正常运行及炉况维护带来不便。于是对主风机实施变频改造,改造后不仅节约用电,还使得倾动炉生产更加稳定顺行。
This paper introduces the smoke exhaust and dust collection system of the tilting furnace in Guixi Smelter. Because of the tilting furnace introduction dilute oxygen combustion technology, the flue gas amount is significantly reduced,and the main blower capacity is excess, bringing inconveniencetothe normal operation and maintenance of dust collecting system. After the implementation of the main fan frequency transformation, it not only saves electricity, but also keeps the tilting furnace production more stable.
