摘要
通过二次净化渣中回收锑方法研究,试验表明:对二次净化渣采用"盐酸浸铋—碱浸除砷"工艺,能使二次净化渣中锑与铋、铜有效分离、富集,且工艺简单,生产成本低。盐酸浸铋工序铋浸出率97.65%,铜浸出率97.21,锑基本残留在渣相中,通过碱浸脱砷,实现了锑的较好富集,可作为优质锑原料进入锑酸钠生产线进一步回收锑。
through researchon antimony recovery in the second purified slag, the experiment result showed that the process of "bismuth-alkali leaching and arsenic removal by hydrochloric acid" could make antimony separated and concentrated efficiently from bismuth and copper in the second purification, which was simple and low cost process. Bismuth leaching rate of hydrochloric acid leaching was 97.65%, copper leaching rate was 97.21%, antimony residue still in slag phase, through alkali leaching to remove arsenic, realized better concentration of antimony, which could he used as high-quality antimony raw materials into the sodium antimonate production line for further antimony recovery.
