摘要 职业教育系统沿自组织逻辑发展,是实现职业教育持久有序发展的理想路径。而职业教育自组织系统的生成必须依托于系统内生动力的推动,故职业教育自组织发展动力的系统分析合法登场并理应成为职业教育发展研究的当务之急。基于系统科学和自组织理论,以内涵框架解读探寻生成机理,以动力源挖掘探究源动力,以动力要素解析架构动力系统模型,实现自组织逻辑对职业教育发展动力系统的理性透视和分析。 To develop along the path of self-organizing logic is the ideal path to realize lasting and orderly development of vocational education. Vocational education self-organizing system must rely on the endogenous dynamic, so the system analysis of vocational education self-organizational development momentum becomes the priority. Based on the theory of system science and self-organization theory, exploring the formation mechanism by analyzing the framework of the connotation, delving the power source by digging the source of power, constructing the power system model by analyzing the power factors, the rational perspective and the analysis on the development of power system of vocational education making use of self-organization logic can be realized.
