摘要
近年来,中小学"课后班"发展迅猛,一方面满足了中小学生对教育多元化的需求,另一方面也加剧了中小学生的课业负担,导致学校"减负"与课外"増负"的背离。中小学"课后班"管理失范主要由于政府、学校、课后班、家庭四种不同的制度逻辑冲突而引发的。规范管理中小学"课后班",需要打破原有的单一政府行政督导模式,根据教育培训目的、市场需求指向进行分类管理,发挥其学校教育的补充效益。
In recent years, the rapid development of "After-School Classes" in primary and secondary schools has met the demand of educational diversification for primary and middle school students. On the other hand, it has also exacerbated the burden of primary and middle school students, which brings about the school's "burdens". "class after class" management anomie is mainly due to government, schools, class after class, and the family four different system logic conflict. Standardized management of primary and secondary school "class" needs to break the original single government administrative supervision mode, according to their education and training purposes and the market demand for the classification management, in order to play its school education supplementary benefits.
