“双一流”建设形势下高校后勤社会化深化改革的实践与思考--以北京化工大学昌平校区新型后勤保障体系建设为例

The Practice of and the Reflection on the Deepening Reform of Socialization of University Logistics Services under the “Double First-Class” Initiative--Taking the New Logistics Support System of the New Campus of BUCT as an Example

中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,中国社会主要矛盾已经转化。在新形势下,高校后勤社会化深化改革的目标需要进一步明确,改革的必然性和可行性等深层次问题需要进一步探究。我国高校"双一流"建设全面启动,北京化工大学为了夯实"双一流"建设基础,保证昌平校区建设如期完成并正式启用,同时深入推进后勤社会化改革,在昌平校区采用了新的管理模式和运行方案。在探索昌平校区后勤管理运行模式的实践中,有许多理念需要弘扬,有许多做法需要总结,从而为下一步的后勤改革奠定基础。

Under the new circumstance, the goal of the deepening reform of the university logistics services’ socialization needs further clarification and the fundamental problems like the necessity and feasibility of the reform need further discussion as well. As the ＂Double First-Class＂ Plan has started in China, the new campus of BUCT has finished its construction and put into use to contribute to building up BUCT as a member of the＂Double First-Class＂ list. In the meantime, BUCT has also deepened its reform in the university services’ socialization and has adopted new administration mode as well as operation scheme. There are many ideas that need to be carried forward and practices need to be summarized, which can lay the foundation for further reform in this part.
