摘要 文章主要阐述了近红外光谱分析技术的研究进展和应用前景。作为近年来发展十分迅速的高新分析技术之一,近红外技术具有方便、快捷、无损,且多组分同时测定,无污染、灵活等许多优点。近红外光谱的数据处理技术是近红外建模中不可分割的一部分,在建模时需根据模型稳定性和预测准确性选择合适的数据处理方法。此外,近红外光谱分析技术应用领域十分广阔,在饲料行业中可利用其检测饲料成分,评估饲料产品营养价值,监控生产过程等,大幅节约了人力资源并降低生产成本。 This paper mainly introduced the research progress and application prospect of near infrared spectros- copy analysis technology. As one of the most rapid high-teeh analytical technologies in recent years, near-infrared technology has many advantages, such as convenience, fastness, losslessness, multi-component simultaneous determination, no pollution and flexibility. Near-infrared spectroscopy data processing technology is an inseparable part of near-infrared modeling. In modeling, the appropriate data processing method should be selected according to the model stability and prediction accuracy. In addition, the application of near-infrared spectroscopy is widely. In the feed in- dustry, it's able to test the composition of the feed, assess the nutritional value of feed products and onitor the production process with near infrared spectroscopy, which significantly saves the human resources and reduces production COSTS.
