摘要
文章依据民办大学的典型法人治理结构,借鉴博弈论中纳什引入的均衡的概念,在已有研究的基础上,构建一种在民办大学中使学术权力与行政权力适度分享并且不相互阻隔的有效机制,使其在运行中达到均衡状态。长期运用此机制,可以自然形成学术权力决策,行政权力服务保障的学术管理形式;同时也可以形成在学术权力监督下的行政权力决策的行政管理形式。在民办大学的行政管理方面,建立"管理即是服务"的思想,为学术活动的顺利开展提供有效的行政服务保障;在民办大学的学术管理领域,建立"管理即是监督"的思想,为培养人才有效质量提供多样的学术咨询和有效的监督。运用此机制,可促进"行政权力"与"学术权力"逐渐均衡协调,为推进高水平民办高校建设而优化其法人治理结构。
This paper,according to the typical characteristics of the corporate governance structure of high-level private universities,borrowing the academic thought of Nash equilibrium in game theory,designs an effective operation mechanism on the public basis of the existing research in references,which moderately separates academic power from governance structure to achieve equilibrium in the private universities. This operation mechanism can form student management pattern by academic power strategy and administrative power service(security) as well as the administrative pattern by administrative power strategy and academic power supervision(consultation). Ideas of"management is all about service"are established in the realm of university administration,various effective administrative service afford to carry out the academic activities smoothly,the view of "management is also supervision"also radicates in the field of academic management,and kinds of academic consultation for reference and effective supervision provid to efficiently develop administration for improvement of the quality of personnel training. In this way,"administrative power"and"academic power"can be coordinately balanced,thus the foundation of corporate governance structure can be laid for promotion of the construction of high-level private universities.
