Factors,Opportunities and Challenges of Public-private Partnership in India's Higher Education

印度公私合作伙伴关系模式使印度高等教育取得飞跃性的进步,实现了印度高等教育大众化的新成效,推动了印度高等教育精英模式发展的新卓越,形成印度独有的特点。公私合作伙伴关系模式的实施充分发挥了印度人口红利的优势、进一步提供了多渠道实习与就业机会、倡导了以学生为主的培养意识,为印度高等教育的新发展做出贡献,但在开展过程中产生的社会分层、行政管理、经费资源以及地区均衡等问题仍不容忽视,值得关注与借鉴。

Public-private Partnership（PPP） in India has accelerated the rapid progress of its higher education,which has achieved the new results of the popularization of higher education,promoted the development of India＇s elite higher education modes,and formed its uniqueness. On the one hand,PPP took full advantages of India＇s demographic dividend,provided multi-channel internship and employment opportunities,and advocated student-based training awareness,which makes great contribution to India＇s higher education. On the other hand,it is faced with social stratification,administration,funding resource,regional balance and other problems,which need to be challenged and focused on.
