摘要
加强研究生心理健康教育工作,事关高校研究生人才培养质量与研究生个体发展水平。反思高校研究生心理健康教育现状,研究生心理健康教育目标模糊、育人队伍专业化不强、育人渠道尚不通畅。根据个体心理发展的内在规律,可以确定高校研究生心理健康教育的"理论指导、体验培养、实践反馈"等基本维度,并以此建构高校心理健康教育的实践逻辑,即以促进适应为主的教育目标、旨在促进自我教育的教育原则、以服务支持为主的教育模式、全员参与的育人队伍、过程性导向的教育评价。
The psychological health education for postgraduate students is related to the quality of postgraduate training and the individual development level. By reflection,it is found that the objectives of postgraduate psychological health education was ambiguous,the instruction team were not professional,and the instrution paths did not work well. According to the inherent laws of individual psychological development,the basic dimensions,such as "theoretical guidance,experience training and practical feedback"of psychological health education for postgraduates,can be determined in order to construct the practical logic of psychological health education,that is,to promote adaptation-oriented education goal,self-education education principles,service-oriented education model,full participation of the education team,and process-oriented education evaluation.
