摘要
培训是提升辅导员素质、建设专业化辅导员队伍的重要途径。实现高校辅导员整体素质全面提升、育人能力显著提高的辅导员培训目标,除了秉承已有的辅导员培训经验以外,尤其需要抓住提升辅导员培训的针对性、强化辅导员职业认同感培训和着力辅导员培训后的实践指导等三个关键点,以增强辅导员培训的实效性。
Training is an important way to improve the quality of counselors and to build a professional counselor staff. With the objectives of achieving the overall improvement of the quality and educational ability of college counselors,in addition to adhering to the training experience we have,colleges in particular need to improve the targeted training of counselors,strengthen the counselors' professional identity training and focus on the practice of counselors after training,which are recognized as three key points to strengthen the effectiveness of college counselor training.
