摘要
在我国由传统劳动密集型生产方式向技术密集型生产方式转变的关键时期,需要大量既有突出的操作能力和解决实际问题的能力,又惯于运用批判性思维进行改革创新的有理论、有技术、懂管理的高级"复合型"应用技术人才作为支撑。地方高校在培养应用技术型人才的过程中,既要重视通过"产教融合、校企合作"的途径培养其实际工作能力,也要注重引导其实施深度学习,进行高阶思维的培养。只有通过深度学习,才能使应用技术型人才拥有深厚的知识基础,具备良好的质疑习惯,提升信息整合能力和知识迁移应用能力,激发其创新思维与创新能力,从而促进应用技术型人才的全面发展。
At present,China has been in the critical period of transform its traditional labor-intensive production mode to the technology-intensive one,so it needs a large number of applied technical talents,who are well trained in theories,technologies and practices,who are well-equiped to solve problems as well as to well-educated to reform and innovate. And the provincial universities to cultivate the applied technical talents should pay much attention to cultivation of their actual pratice ability and guid of them to carry out the deep learning and higher order thinking through the way of the integration of production,education and the cooperation of enterprise and university. Only by the deep learning,can the applied technical talents have solid basic knowledge and good questioning habits,enhance their capabilities of information integration and knowledge transfer and application,stimulate their creative thinking and improve their creativity,so as to promote their all-round development.
