Psychological Support for Innovation Development of Ideological and Political Education in Universities

心理学不仅是思想政治教育的主要相关学科,还是思想政治教育发展的重要支撑。科学推进当代高校思想政治教育的改革和创新,建立推动社会主义文化大发展的学科自信;观照中国体验的学科自觉;提升发展可持续性的学科自强;保证教育实效的学科自省都需要心理学的强有力支撑。心理学支撑的宏观架构表现在大力发展思想政治教育心理学、心理健康教育和心理学观照下的思想政治教育方法论创新。同时,需要在致力思想政治教育过程的心理学研究,探索思想政治教育的心理学融合补缺,提升辅导员职业胜任力,重视教会学生解决实际问题的能力方面架构心理学的微观支撑。

Psychology is not only the main related subject of ideological and political education,but also the important support for its development. Powerful supports for psychology are needed to scientifically promote the the reform and innovation of ideological and political education,establish discipline self-confidence of promoting great development of socialist culture,pay attention to discipline consciousness of Chinese experience,enhance sustainable discipline self-improvement,and guarantee discipline self-examination of education＇s actual effect. Macro framework of psychological supports are embodied in greatly developing methodology innovation of ideological and political education under the effect of educational psychology,psychological health education and psychology. Meanwhile,it is supposed to construct micro support for psychology in following aspects： devoting psychological study on the process of ideological and political education,exploring its psychological integration and complement,enhancing university counselors＇ professional competence,and attaching importance to teach students the ability of solving practical problems.
