摘要 提出一种具有回热的生物质有机朗肯发电系统并建立了系统的热力学模型。对比分析了采用R245fa、R141b、环戊烷、环己烷等四种有机工质时的系统热力性能,结果表明,存在一个最佳的蒸发温度,使系统热效率或单位燃耗功率最大,且环戊烷的单位燃耗功率最大。讨论了生物质锅炉对系统热力性能的影响,结果显示,系统净输出功率随导热油流量增加而增大,且存在最佳的导热油出口或入口温度,使系统热效率或单位燃耗功率最大。应合理匹配生物质锅炉的这两个参数,提升系统热力性能。 A biomass power generation system with Organic Rankine Cycle using heat regeneration was proposed,and the thermal model was established. The thermal performances of the system were analyzed using four different organic work fluids R245 fa,R141 b,cyclopentane and cyclohexane. The results showed that,there was an optimal evaporation temperature at which the heat efficiency or the power per unit burn-up was the largest,and the power per unit burn-up for cyclopentane was the largest. The influence of the biomass boiler on the thermal performance was discussed. The results indicated that,the net output power increased with the flow of the heat conduction oil,and there was an optimal outlet or inlet temperature for oil which made the largest heat efficiency or power per unit burn-up. So it was necessary to possibly match the above two parameters of the boiler to promote the thermal performance of the system.
