摘要
借助激光点火实验系统及高速摄像机、光纤光谱仪、高精度压力传感器等仪器设备,研究几种添加剂对含硼推进剂(B/AP/HTPB)在不同内径(分别为3、4、5、6 mm)微小燃烧室中的点火燃烧和推进性能的影响。结果表明:金属颗粒镁或铝能提升燃速、缩短点火延迟时间,但是推力、冲量和比冲均下降。草酸或三氧化二铁延长点火延迟时间,但提升了推力、冲量和比冲。另外,发现随着燃烧室内径增大,点火燃烧及推进性能均降低。
A laser ignition experiment system was established to study the effect of different additives on the ignition and combustion property and propulsion performance of boron-containing propellant( B/AP/HTPB) in the different tiny combustion chamber( 3 mm,4 mm,5 mm,6 mm respectively). The combustion characteristics of the propellant were measured by the high speed camera and fiber optic spectrometer,and the propulsion performance of the propellant was tested by the high precision pressure sensor and a data acquisition card.The experimental results showed that metal particles of Mg or Al could promote the burning rate and reduce ignition delay time,but weaken thrust,impulse and specific impulse. The catalyst of H2 C2 O4 or Fe2 O3 could increase ignition delay time,but enhance thrust,impulse and specific impulse. On the side,combustion characteristic and propulsion performance reduced with the increase of inner diameter of combustion chamber.
