摘要
目的分析醒脑静注射液对高血压脑出血患者胰岛素样生长因子、一氧化氮等临床指标的影响作用。方法选取2015年6月12日~2017年7月30日于本院进行治疗的100例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在本院实施开颅或引流手术,将患者随机分为两组,每组50例,一组为对照组,治疗方式:依达拉奉注射液30 mg与5%葡萄糖注射液500 m L混合,静脉滴注,2次/d;另一组为观察组,治疗方式:在对照组治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液30 m L,静脉滴注,1次/d,15 d为一个疗程,分析两组患者经治疗后的巨噬细胞转移抑制因子、一氧化氮和胰岛素样生长因子三项临床指标的变化、并发症情况和治疗的有效率。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为88%,对照组治疗总有效率为70%;观察组患者的MIF水平为(45.12±13.11)ng/L,IGF-1水平为(62.03±11.13)nmol/L,NO水平为(53.31±10.42)μmol/L;对照组患者的MIF水平为(59.02±11.42)ng/L,IGF-1水平为(45.42±13.62)nmol/L,NO水平为(33.52±11.15)μmol/L,两组患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后有1例出现脑积水、1例出现发热现象;对照组患者有6例出现脑积水,10例出现发热现象、3例发生颅内感染,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液对于高血压脑出血患者手术后具有良好的治疗效果,能够降低患者的巨噬细胞转移抑制因子水平,同时提升一氧化氮和胰岛素样生长因子水平,有效抑制了术后并发症的发生,对于改善患者的病情具有积极作用,可在临床治疗中进行推广。
Objective To analyze the influencing effect of Xingnaojing injection on the clinical indexes such as in- sulin-like growth factor and nitric oxide in the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from June 12, 2015 to July 30, 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were given craniotomy or drainage surgery in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. One group was the control group, and the treatment method was that 30 mg edaravone injection was mixed with 500 mL 5% glucose injection for intravenous infusion twice a day; the other group was the observation group, and the treatment method was that on the basis of the control group, 30 mL Xingnaojing injection intravenous drip was given once a day. 15 d was a course of treatment. The changes of the three clinical indexes of macrophage metastasis inhibitor, nitric oxide and insulin-like growth factor af- ter treatment, and the complications and the therapeutic efficiency were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 88%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 70%; the level of MIF in the observation group was(45.12±13.11)ng/L, the level of IGF-1 was(62.03± 11.13)nmol/L, and the level of NO was(53.31±10.42)μmol/L; the level of MIF in the control group was(59.02_+l 1.42)ng/L, the level of IGF-1 was(45.42±13.62)nmol/L, and the level of NO was(33.52±1 1.15)μmol/L. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the observation group, one case had hydrocephalus and one case had fever after the surgery. There were 6 cases of hydrocephalus in control group, 10 cases of fever and 3 cases of in- tracranial infection. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Xing- naojing injection has a good therapeutic effect on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery, which can reduce the level of macrophage metastasis inhibitor. At the same time it can improve the levels of nitric ox- ide and insulin-like growth factor, effectively inhibit the occurrence of postoperative complications, and has a positive effect in improving the patient's disease conditions, which can be promoted in clinical treatment.
