乳腺癌分子靶向治疗的进展

Advance in molecular targeted therapy for breast cancer

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。在过去的几十年中,由于各种治疗方法如手术、放化疗的出现,乳腺癌患者的死亡率明显下降。目前研究认为,乳腺癌的发生、发展与患者体内信号通路的异常及癌基因的表达产物关系十分密切,近年来针对这些方面异常的治疗,即分子靶向治疗已成为乳腺癌治疗研究的热点。本文将对乳腺癌分子靶向治疗的新进展予以综述。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. In the past decades,the mortality of breast cancer patients had been significantly reduced due to the emergence of various treatments such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Current studies suggest that abnormality of signal pathway and expression product of oncogene are associated with the occurrence and development of breast cancer. In recent years, molecular targeted therapy on these abnormal aspects has been the focus of treatment in breast cancer.The new progresses of molecular targeted therapy for breast cancer were reviewed in this paper.
