摘要
监督执纪"四种形态"是全面从严治党和纪律建设的重大制度创新,其目标就是通过可操作性的监督执纪方式和方法,在管党治党中贯彻落实"全面"和"从严"要求。文章从高等学校内部权力结构、监督执纪"四种形态"内涵、高校纪委监督执纪方式和能力三个视角,对高校运用监督执纪"四种形态"存在的难点和阻力点进行分析,以期探寻具体破解路径,实现高校治理规范化。
The ＂ four forms＂ of supervision and discipline implementation is a major institutional innovation of comprehensively strengthening the Communist Party of China and discipline construction,and its goal consists in carrying out the ＂ comprehensive＂ and ＂ strict ＂ standard about governing and administering the CPC through the operational methods of supervision and discipline. This article analyses difficulties and resistance about ＂ four form＂ of supervision and discipline from three perspectives of college internal power structure, ＂ four forms＂ of supervision and discipline,supervision and discipline commission for discipline inspection in college,in order to find specific path of realizing the standardization of college governance.
