新形势下高校党建工作存在的问题与对策

Problems Involved in the Party Building of University under the New Situation and Countermeasures

从党的十八届六中全会提出全面从严治党以来,高校党建工作重要性越来越凸显,对保证社会主义办学方向、培养大批优秀的党员等意义重大,影响深远。然而高校党建工作在党员发展、法律法规、队伍建设、体制机制、新媒体教育等方面仍存在较多问题。加强法律法规建设、严把党员发展全过程、重视党建队伍建设、完善体制机制建设等是确保高校党建工作健康、有序、可持续发展的重要举措。

Since the proposal of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline at the Sixth Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee,the Party building is becoming more and more prominently important in universities because it is of far-reaching significance to the guarantee of the direction of socialist education and cultivation of Party members. However,many problems arise in the development of the Party members,laws and regulations,team building,systems and mechanisms,and the new medium-based education. In this case,to make sure of the healthy,ordered and sustainable development of the Party building in universities,measures should be taken such as improving the construction of laws and regulations,strictly controlling the developing of the Party members,promoting the building of contingent of the Party building,and perfecting the construction of systems and mechanisms.
