近些年互联网约车,随着我国共享经济理念的兴起而蓬勃发展,在深刻改变了民众出行方式的同时,所产生的各种问题和现象也引起社会各界的热议。其中关于互联网约车的行政立法、行政监管、行政制裁的问题皆没有得到妥善的解决和处理。对于互联网约车的法律规制仍然需要理论和实践更多地去探索和解决。

In recent years,with the rise of ideas of shared economy and its vigorous development,taxi-hailing service in China has brought about a profound change in people＇s way to travel,and problems and phenomena it has caused are under hot discussion in the community. In such case,problems concerning administrative legislation,administrative supervision,administrative sanctions of online taxi-hailing are not properly resolved,and regulations of online taxi-hailing still need to be explored and handled in theory and practice.
