摘要
校园贷给大学生很好地解决了消费和投资等方面的金融困难问题,在方便了大学生生活的同时,也由于新兴市场各方监管的不到位,隐藏的真实风险又为大学生带来很大的困扰。大学生无法很好识别校园贷风险的主要原因在于大学生与校园贷平台存在着严重的信息不对称而形成的逆向选择。文章通过斯宾塞的劳动力市场模型对大学生与校园贷平台之间的信息传递建立博弈模型,通过模型均衡解分析得出法律素养教育与校园贷风险识别的关系,因此通过法律素养教育以提高大学生校园贷风险识别力。
Campus loan helps to solve the financial problems of consumption and investment for college students,bringing much convenience to them,but due to the lack of supervision over emerging markets,the hidden risks involve college students in trouble. The main reason why college students can not identify the risk of campus loan is the adverse selection arising from the information imbalance between college students and campus credit platform. In this paper,a game model is established based on information transform between students and campus credit platform by following Spencer's job market model,and the relationship between education of legal literacy and risk control of campus loan is detected through the analysis of model equilibrium,hoping to improve the risk identification of college students against campus loan through the education.
