大学教师教学观念及影响因素研究——基于“教学学术”的视角 被引量:1

A Study of University Teachers' Beliefs and the Influence Factors for Their Teaching: Based on the Perspective of the Scholarship of Teaching

摘要 对大学教师教学观念的访谈分析和问卷调查发现:大学教师的教学观念是多元化的,并且总体上呈现"重科研、轻教学"的状态;教龄、教师自身的学习经历、学生的特点、学生的反馈、同行听课、教师进修培训和工作压力在不同程度上会影响教师的教学。大学应当将"教学"作为一种学术活动来看待,并以此为核心改进各项制度,为教师营造良好的教学工作环境。 Based on a survey and interview of university teachers' current teaching status, it is found out that uni- versity teachers have multiple categories of teaching beliefs, and as a whole they value scientific research above teaching work. Teaching seniority, teachers' own learning experience, students' characteristics, students' feed- back, teachers' training, peer teacher reciprocal teaching evaluation and teachers' working pressure have varying degrees of influence on university teachers' teaching. Universities should treat teaching as a kind of academic ac- tivity, and improve all the systems on this basis, and create a good teaching environment for teachers.
