摘要
作为近代以来我国历史上的两个重要而又截然不同的历史时期,民国时期和中华人民共和国成立以来的中学教师流动存在着诸多差异,主要表现在中学教师流动的类别与形式、流动的方向、流动的原因、流动行业范围及地域范围、流动的时代特征、流动的结果、流动者的身份变化等方面。通过对两个不同历史时期中学教师流动的各种差异情况进行综合比较与深入分析,并结合当下我国中学教育发展情况,可以从中学习与借鉴历史经验,获得发展启示发现和改进现实中的不足,从而改善当下我国对中学的教师管理,促进当下中学的健康、可持续发展。
During the two important and very different periods of our modem history, the middle school teachers' mobility in the period of the Republic of China had many differences with that in New China, which are mainly in such aspects as means, direction, cause, range, characteristics, influence, and identity change. By analyzing these differences and considering the reality of current middle school education in China, some lessons can be drawn to improve the middle school teacher management in today' s China.
