摘要
用案例解析,展示焦点解决短期治疗(SFBT)在大学生急性应激障碍帮扶中的系统、本土化的运用过程及帮扶成效,反思总结SFBT在辅导员处理大学生急性应激障碍时应全程把握的三个核心理念:一是视危机事件为需要系统整合优势与资源的特别机会;二是视当事人为解决自己问题的专家,相信当事人在合作对话中定能建构解决之道;三是帮扶者紧密跟随当事人的需求与能力,小心验证各方行动的有效性。
Based on the practice of college counselors, this paper shows how to systematically use the ideas and skills of Solution-Focus Brief Therapy to handle the process of assisting a student with acute stress disorder. Then this paper discusses 3 critical ideas which run through the whole process when a college counselor uses SFBT. The first critical idea is to view the crisis as an opportunity to integrate strengths and resources; the second one is to be- lieve that suffering students can still be an expert to seek solutions; the third one is to follow up the suffering student' s needs and capability and then verify every helping action.
