推进插电式混合动力汽车纯电行驶的激励措施研究及试验 被引量:3

摘要 为促使插电式混合动力汽车消费者更多地使用纯电行驶,研究提出了根据电动行驶里程给予合理的使用环节补贴、根据电动行驶比率给予公平的交通通行优惠等激励措施建议。开展了基于电动行驶里程统计的消费者使用行为试验和基于电动行驶比率实现的技术功能开发试验,试验结果表明,财政补贴、交通通行等激励措施对推进插电式混合动力汽车纯电行驶具有明显的促进效果。 In order to prompt customers of Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) use more electric drive, this paper proposed some incentive measures which would give reasonable use subsidies according to electric drive mileage, provide fair mobility preferentials according ratio of electric drive. Customer use behavior test based on electric drive mileage statistics and technical function development test based on ratio of electric drive were conducted, which showed that preferential measures including financial subsidy, traffic mobility incentives had obvious effect to promote electric drive of PHEV.
