营养不良在儿科重症监护病房（pediatricintensivecareunit，PICU）儿童中有较高的发生率，与危重儿童的病情进展及疾病预后密切相关。营养支持治疗对PICU危重症儿童具有重要意义，可以改善患儿一般营养状态及免疫状态，影响临床预后。不同营养供给状态（喂养不足、喂养适当、喂养过度）对患儿的营养状态及疾病转归作用不同。

Malnutrition has a high incidence in PICU children, which is closely related to the progression of disease and the prognosis of critically ill children. Nutritional support therapy is of great significance to critical ill children in PICU, which can improve the general nutritional status and immune status of children, and affect clinical prognosis. Different nutritional status （ underfeeding, adequate feeding, overfeeding） on the nutritional sta- tus of children and the prognosis of disease is different.
