非公有制经济人士价值观机理探析——以温州中小企业经济人士为例

The Exploration of Values Mechanism of Non Public Economic Man

基于实际调研结果,得出温州非公有制经济人士价值观现状并分析了成因;着眼当前与未来经济形势发展需求,提出温州非公有制经济人士价值观六个方面内涵,即:诚信经营、守法运作,以感恩回馈社会,财富共享、共同致富,兴企报乡、担当社会责任,以创新求发展,脚踏实地、立足本行业;民营企业家弘扬与树立这样的价值观,必定利于塑造和谐温州、幸福温州,提升温州国际形象和经济发展生命力。

Based on the research results, this paper illustrates values of non-public economic man and analyzes its reasons. From the standpoints of economic current situation requirement now and future, this paper proposes connotation of values from six aspects：business integrity and law-abiding operation, giving back to society with gratitude, wealth sharing and common prosperity, making enterprises prosperous and repaying the hometown to bear the social responsibility, development by innovation, doing solid work and stand on your own business. And the private entrepreneurs carry forward and establish the above mentioned values, which will go far towards molding harmonious Wenzhou and welfare Wenzhou so as to promote national image and economic development vitality of Wenzhou.
