三种不同保护胶体系水包水多彩涂料的制备研究

Study on Preparation of Water-in-water Multicolor Coatings with Three Different Protective Glue System

保护胶体是水性多彩涂料制备中的重要材料。本文重点讨论了3种保护胶体(GTS、S-482、JO)在水性多彩涂料中的应用,探讨了不同的保护胶体对多彩涂料的样貌特点、涂膜性能和储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:选用不同的保护胶体制备多彩涂料,涂膜的样貌从片状到圆形,涂膜的耐水性、耐酸碱性、展色性和耐擦洗性有较大的变化,储存稳定性也差异较大。三种保护胶均是市场常用的保护胶,其应用研究给应用实验和生产提供了选用依据。

Protective gule is an important material for preparation of water-in-water multicolor coatings.This paper focuses on the application of water-in-water multicolor coatings with three different protective gule system（GTS/S-482/JO）,discussing the effects of different protective glue on the appearance,performance and storage stability of the multicolor coatings.The results show that：Preparation of water-in-water multicolor coatings with three different protective glue system,the appearance of the coating changed from flake to round, the water resistance, acid resistance, color rendering and scouring resistance of the coating changed greatly, and the storage stability was also different.Three different protective glue are commonly used in the market and its application research provides a basis for application experiment and production.
