Basic Layout Design for Primary Tea Processing Plants

为了推进茶叶清洁化、标准化和优质化加工,解决中小型企业茶叶加工厂目前普遍存在的功能区不齐全、布局不合理等问题,依据"食品生产许可证(SC)"认证细则和清洁化生产有关要求,遵循"先进合理、经济适用"的总原则,提出了以功能分区模块为基础的茶叶加工厂布局优化设计方案,可为茶叶新加工厂建设和旧加工厂改造方案制定提供依据和参考。

In order to promote clean, standardized and optimized tea processing, and solve the problems confronted by medium and small-sized tea processing plants, such as incomplete functional area and unreasonable layout, this paper proposes an optimized layout design for tea processing plants based on function division module. This design meets the requirement of Food Production License and cleaner production, and abides by the general processing principle of ＂advanced ＆ reasonable, economic ＆ applicable＇. This design can provide basis and technical reference for the construction of new processing plants and renovation of old processing plants.
