摘要
根据2016年秋季,在浙江中部近海(28.5°-29.5°N,121.5°-123.1°E)进行渔业资源综合调查,分析了浙江中部近海海域的鱼类种类组成、优势度、多样性等群落结构特征以及与环境因子的关系。本次调查共捕获鱼类9目20科30种。秋季浙江中部及其邻近海域优势种有矛尾虾虎鱼、龙头鱼、红鳗虾虎鱼以及细条天竺鲷,鱼类生物量呈近海低外海高的变化趋势。多样性指数分析表明,种类丰富度指数(D)值在0.45~1.56之间,Shannon-Wiener多样度指数(H'w)值在1.16~2.61之间,种类均匀度指数(J'w)值在0.60~0.87之间。根据底温底盐,利用聚类分析得到3个水团,并且发现不同水团中的鱼类生物量具有显著差异(P<0.01),种类丰富度指数(D)、Shannon-Wiener多样度指数(H'w)和种类均匀度指数(J'w)没有显著差异性。
According to the comprehensive investigation of fishery resources carried out in the middle sea area of Zhejiang province (28.50-29.5° N, 121.5°-123.1° E) in autumn of 2016, we analyzed the species com- position, dominance, CPUE of fish community and their relationship with environmental factors. The survey captured a total of 30 species of fish, totally, 9 orders and 20 families were identified. We found that the domi- nant species in the middle sea area of Zhejiang province and adjacent region in autumn were Chaeturichthys stigmatias, Harpadon nehereus, Odontamblyopus rubicundus and Apogon lineatus, and that CPUE was low in the inshore and high in the offshore. The species richness index (D) value was between 0.45-1.56, Shannon- Wiener diversity index (H^w) value was 1.16-2.61, and the species evenness index (J'w) was between 0.60- 0.87. According to the bottom temperature and salinity, we got 3 water masses by using cluster analysis, and found that CPUE had significant differences(P〈0.01) in different water masses, and that species richness index (D), Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H'w) and species evenness index (Jew) were no significant.
