摘要 以万能式断路器、塑壳断路器和接触器三类产品为代表,通过类比分析代表厂家的最新产品的主要参数,阐述了其应用的新技术及性能指标。减少产品壳架及推进模块化不仅能降低低压电器的生产成本和后期维护成本,还能促进自动化生产和智能制造。基于智能电子、物联网技术和互联网技术在这些先进产品的应用,结合国内市场需求及研发现状,探讨了未来几年低压电器的研发趋势。 Taking air circuit breaker,moulded case circuit breaker and contactor as representative products,this paper gave some analogy analysis of main parameters of the latest products,and stated their new technologies and performance. Reducing product frameworks and pursuing modularity not only can lower the production cost and later maintenance cost but also will promote automation production and intelligent manufacturing. Based on the application of intelligent electronics,things of internet and internet technology in the advanced products,combining the domestic market demand and development level,the research trend in the coming years of low voltage apparatus was discussed.
