摘要
针对现有IT系统绝缘检测装配存在的响应速度慢、选相精度不高的问题,设计了一套基于STM32的IT系统绝缘故障检测与选相装置。分析了几种常用绝缘检测方法的优缺点,提出了一种改进的、带选相功能的直流注入绝缘检测方法。理论分析和试验结果表明所提方法的测量范围在1~999 kΩ,精度在5%以内,并能准确进行选相。
For the problems of slower response speed and low precision of fault phase selection,an insulation monitoring and fault phase selection device based on STM32 was designed for IT system. An improvement method,which uses DC injecting scheme,with the function of phase selection was presented after analyzing the frequently-used methods of insulation property detection for IT system. The theory analysis and test results show that the measure range of this method is one to 999 kΩ,with the accuracy of 5%. Also,this method can load fault phase accurately.
