根据多年风电齿轮箱制造、检修经验,总结了风电齿轮箱常见故障,并对各种失效形式进行了分析,旨在为风电齿轮箱运维服务人员快速准确判定故障点,并采取相应的处理方法提供技术指导。
According to manufacturing and maintenance experiences of wind turbine gearbox for many years,the common faults of wind power gearbox were summarized,and various failure modes were analyzed. It provides technical guidances for the operation and maintenance personnel of wind power gearbox to quickly and accurately determine the fault point and take corresponding processing methods.
