基于轧机乳化液系统MCC控制部分改造研究

乳化液系统用于将调配好的乳化液喷射到轧机1#-4#机架中的轧辊上,以便通过冷却轧辊,保证所需要的轧辊曲线。同时,通过清洁和润滑轧制的带钢表面,来保证整洁的产品外观和精度。使用过程中,乳化液系统故障频繁。通过对故障进行统计、分析,找到故障产生的原因并对原乳化液系统进行成功改造,达到节约增效的目的。

The emulsion system can jet the emulsified liquid onto the rolls in the 1 ~ 4#frame of the mill,so as to cool the rolls to guarantee the required roll curve. At the same time,cleaning and lubricating rolled steel surfaces to ensure a clean appearance and accuracy of the product. Faults were frequent in the use of the emulsion system. Through the statistical analysis of the faults,the causes of the failure were found,and the original emulsion system was reformed. It realized saving and imgroving effciency.
