摘要
本试验旨在利用菊芋秸秆来提高玉米秸秆的青贮品质。玉米秸秆与菊芋秸秆按10:0、9:1、8:2、0:10共4个比例进行混贮处理,40d后测定p H值、营养成分和营养价值。结果表明:随着菊芋秸秆比例增大,混贮料的p H值、纤维性营养成分有降低趋势,非纤维性碳水化合物、干物质与中性洗涤纤维48h体外消化率、能值、相对饲喂价值呈上升趋势。综合而言,适量添加菊芋秸秆,具有提高玉米秸秆青贮品质的效果。
The study was conducted to produce high quality silage with Jerusalem artichoke stalk. Corn stalk and Jerusalem artichoke stalk were mixed and silaged at ratio of 10:0,9:1,8:2 and 0:10,respectively. Silages were determined for p H, nutrient content and nutritive value after 40 d ensilage. The results showed as follows: The pH and fibrous nutrients of silage decreased, and non-fiber carbohydrates(NFC), in vitro true dry matter degradability 48-hour(IVTDMD48), neutral detergent fiber degradability 48-hour(NDFD48), relative feed value(RFV) were on rise, with the increasing of Jerusalem artichoke stalk's rate. In conclusion, the addition of Jerusalem artichoke straw could improve the quality of corn straw silage.
