双氯芬酸钠注射液对奶牛安全性的试验研究

Study on the Safety Test of Diclofenac Sodium Injection in Cows

为了评价双氯芬酸钠注射液对奶牛的安全性,本试验选择24头健康奶牛并随机分成3个试验组(1倍剂量组、3倍剂量组、5倍剂量组)和1个空白对照组,每组6头奶牛。试验组颈部肌内注射给药,对照组不用药,连续观察,分析其对奶牛体征、血常规和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,试验组的临床指标及血常规指标均无明显差异,血液生化指标虽然在试验初期试验组的个别指标与对照组出现差异,但在7d后均恢复正常。说明双氯芬酸钠注射液在奶牛临床上按推荐剂量(2.2mg/kg体重)使用是安全的。

To evaluate the safety of Diclofenac Sodium Injection in cows, totally 24 healthy cows were randomly divided into high, medium and low doses of 3 different experimental groups and 1 control group, each group with 6 cows. The experimental group cows were given cervical intramuscular injection, control group without medication, with continuous observating and detecting the signs, to analyse the effects on the blood and blood biochemical index of cows.The results showed that： 2.2 mg/kg weight in the middle dose group and the control group had no difference, and no other obvious toxic reaction; 11 mg/kg high dose group had no significant toxic effect. This test shows that the clinical use of the drug is safe when Diclofenac Sodium Injection is not more than 2.2 mg/kg body weight.
