摘要
移动幕帘是建筑-机械相结合的一种新模式。移动幕帘不是单纯的机械系统,在设计时需要考虑建筑的功能要求和建筑结构的特点,具有特殊性,没有现成经验可供参考。文中对移动幕帘的运行特点进行了分析,对移动幕帘的悬挂装置进行了创新设计,包括可微调节距的闭合链连接、帘管的抗弯矩装置和防摆钢丝绳等,最后对移动幕帘的载荷进行了详细的分析和计算,为今后移动幕帘的设计提供了有益的参考。
Mobile curtain is a new model of building and machine combination. The curtain is not just a mechanical system, which requires considering functions and structural characteristics of buildings during design. It has its own specialty, and there is no successful experience for reference. In the paper, operating characteristics of the curtain are analyzed, and its suspension device is innovated including adjustable-pitch closed chain connection, anti-bending-moment device for pipes and anti-swing wire rope. The paper ends with detailed analysis and calculation of load of the curtain, which provides valuable reference for design of mobile curtain in the future.
