摘要
针对起重机轨道接头高低错位引起垂直冲击动力效应的问题,在理论分析基础上,采用Ansys软件APDL参数化建模,通过仿真分析,最终获得模型的模态中性文件MNF,并导入ADAMS/View软件,进行刚柔耦合模型仿真分析和后处理分析。结果表明,理论计算和仿真结果相对误差为8.19%。
To solve vertical impact dynamic effect resulting from height dislocation of rail joint of crane, APDL parametric modeling is conducted using Ansys software based on theoretical analysis. Simulation analysis of the model leads to Modal Neutral File MNF, which is imported to ADAMS/View software for simulation analysis and post-processing analysis of rigid-flexible coupling model. The results indicate that relative error between theoretical calculation and simulation results is 8.19%.
