摘要
当桥式起重机运行通过钢轨高低不平接头时,会产生强烈冲击。应用ADAMS建立桥式起重机的动力学模型,计算桥式起重机在不同速度和轨头竖向高度差下的轮轨冲击响应,然后对比理论值,最后分析了运行速度和高度差对冲击响应的影响。
Strong impact often occurs when bridge crane runs over uneven joints of rail. Therefore, dynamics model of bridge crane is established by using ADAMS to calculate wheel-rail impact response of the bridge crane at different speeds and vertical height difference of railhead, and the results of which is compared with theoretical values. The paper ends with analyzing the influence of running speed and height difference on the impact response.
