摘要
对低姿态伸缩式岸边集装箱起重机结构的自身特点及大梁与悬挂装置间装配、工作关系进行了综合分析,总结、提炼出该型岸边集装箱起重机总装过程中的主要难点和重要控制点。根据其难点、控制点采用合理的吊装工艺、编制、安排合适的安装工艺流程,尽可能控制整体吊装过程中大梁及上横梁的开档、减少由于受力不均衡导致的变形影响。此总装方案通过意大利VTE项目的实际施工检验,相关技术要求基本达到设计标准,为后续同类产品提供宝贵借鉴。
Characteristics of the structure of the low-profile telescopic query-side crane and the assembly and working relationship between the girder and suspension device are analyzed comprehensively, from which main difficulties and important control points in the final assembly of the crane are summarized. The difficulties and control points further serve as the basis for choosing proper lifting process and developing suitable installation process with the purpose of controlling the opening of the beam and upper cross beam in the whole lilting process as much as possible and minimizing the deformation due to uneven force. The final assembly scheme successfully passes the actual construction inspection of Italian VTE project, and its relevant technical requirements basically satisfy design standards, which can provide valuable reference for similar products in the future.
