铝电解多功能机组回转O形圈的正确加工方法

摘要 工具回转是铝电解多功能机组上的重要部位,而O形圈的加工是否正确却影响着工具回转的关健质量。基于此,通过对O形圈实验方法及步骤的详述,得出O形圈的正确加工方法,以达到解决因O形圈加工不适当而产生回转漏油现象的目的,在对实验结果进行认真分析后形成理论依据,以便在实践中推广。 Tool rotation is an important part of the aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit, and O-ring processing is critical for the quality of tool rotation. Based on this, elaboration on O-ring experiment methods and steps leads to the correct O-ring processing method to eliminate the problem of rotation leaking due to inappropriate O-ring processing. In addition, theoretical basis is formed after careful analysis of the experiment results for more wide application in practice.
