摘要
分析起重机从直线轨道过渡到圆弧轨道的运行过程,确定采用在起重机一侧端梁增加水平摆臂的方案使双梁桥式起重机能够在回形轨道上顺利运行。通过改善机械结构和电气控制,增加轨距和速度补偿量,从而改善车轮组合轨道上的可通过性。目前起重机已使用多年,该结构可在类似场合得到更广泛的应用。
Through the analysis the operation process of the crane from straight line to arc line, the designer adopted the scheme of adding the horizontal swing arm at one end of the carriage to make the crane run smoothly in the back shape rail. By improving the mechanical structure and electrical control,the gauge and speed compensution are increased to improve the trackability of the combination of wheels.Crane has been used for many years,this kind of structure can be more wildly used in similar occasions.
